Prices shown on the site are before GST. GST of 10% is calculated on your subtotal together with any delivery charge, shown as its own line in the checkout summary, and added to the total before you pay. Your tax invoice shows the same breakdown.

An invoice is raised automatically as soon as payment clears. It carries its own invoice number and is emailed to you as a PDF with your order confirmation. You can download it again at any time from your order.

Your order is recorded immediately, but production does not start until the funds arrive. We hold an unpaid order for 7 days, after which it is cancelled and you are free to place it again.

PDF is preferred, and we also accept PNG, JPG and JPEG. Supply one file up to 10 MB, at 300 DPI in CMYK. Flatten transparency and embed or outline all fonts before exporting. Printing both sides? Combine them into a single file, in the order they should print.

A standard card is CR80: 86 x 54 mm trimmed. Add 2 mm of bleed on every edge, and keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim. Cards are die-cut with rounded corners, so keep borders clear of the trim line — a thin border will look uneven once cut.

The magnetic stripe sits across the back, 5.5 mm from the top edge and 12.7 mm deep. Keep artwork, text and barcodes out of that band.

Orders are printed, encoded and dispatched from Melbourne in 2-4 production days. Production time starts from proof approval, not from your first enquiry.

We collect your name, email and an optional telephone number when you enquire, request a quote or create an account, and use it to reply, fulfil orders and administer your account. We do not sell personal information. To access or correct your details, email sales@ariadcard.com.au.

Delivery is a flat $18.50 anywhere in Australia, added at checkout when you choose to have your order sent. Collecting from us costs nothing, and the delivery line disappears from the summary as soon as you choose collection.
