Payment Policy

This page explains how and when we take payment for an order. It sits alongside our returns and refunds policy and our terms and conditions.

How you can pay

• Credit or debit card — Pay now through Stripe. Your bank verifies the payment with a code sent to your phone or in its banking app. We never see or store your card number.

The methods offered to you at checkout depend on whether you are collecting your order or having it delivered. Only methods we can honour are shown.

When you are charged

Card payments are taken in full at checkout, before your order enters production. You are shown the complete total — including GST and any delivery charge — on the checkout page before you confirm anything, and nothing is charged until you do.

GST

All prices shown on this site exclude GST at 10%. GST is calculated on your subtotal together with any delivery charge, shown as its own line in the checkout summary and on your invoice, and added to the total before you pay.

Invoices

A tax invoice is raised automatically as soon as payment clears, carries its own invoice number, and is emailed to you as a PDF with your order confirmation. You can download it again at any time from your order. Our ABN is 23 633 049 779.

If a payment fails

Nothing is charged and no order is created. You are returned to the checkout with the reason, and your cart is left exactly as it was so you can try again or choose a different method.

Pressing the payment button twice does not create a second order or a second charge: a repeated submission is recognised and returns you to the payment already in progress.

Your card details

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure pages. We never see, transmit or store your card number, expiry date or CVV, and none of it reaches this website's servers or database. All we keep is the card brand and the last four digits, so you can recognise the transaction on your order.

Every page on this site, including checkout, is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method and are covered by our returns and refunds policy.
