Minimum orders, samples and reprints
How small a run can be, and what happens when something is wrong.
Most PVC runs start at 100 cards. Smaller quantities are possible for samples or a reprint — ask on the quote form and we will confirm.
If the cards are wrong
Contact sales@ariadcard.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number. If the fault is on our press or encode, we reprint. If the file was approved with the error in it, we reprint at cost.
Pickup is Unit 1 / 10 Eastgate Court, Wantirna South. Australia-wide shipping is tracked.
