Artwork size guide

Magnetic stripe card — CR80 / credit-card size

Set your artboard to: 90 × 58 mm 1,063 × 685 px at 300 DPI Includes 2 mm bleed on every edge — run backgrounds all the way out.
Finished size after cutting: 86 × 54 mm
Keep text and logos inside: 80 × 48 mm Anything within 3 mm of the edge risks being trimmed off.
Colour and file type: CMYK PDF (preferred), PNG, JPG

The magnetic stripe sits across the back, 5.5 mm from the top edge and 12.7 mm deep. Keep artwork, text and barcodes out of that band.
Cards are die-cut with rounded corners, so keep borders clear of the trim line.
Flatten transparency and embed or outline all fonts before exporting.
Printing both sides? Combine them into a single file, in the order they should print.
